VsisLottery – Dò vé số ("app") do VSIS AP COMPANY LIMITED ("VSIS") cung cấp miễn phí, giúp bạn xem kết quả xổ số kiến thiết và dò vé đã mua. Khi dùng app hoặc trang xoso.vsis.net, bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản này.

2. Thông tin chỉ để tham khảo

Kết quả và số tiền thưởng trong app được thu từ nguồn công khai, đối chiếu tự động và tính theo cơ cấu giải công bố của các công ty xổ số kiến thiết. Có thể có sai sót do nguồn, do đọc ảnh vé hoặc do cơ cấu giải thay đổi.
Bạn phải đối chiếu vé gốc với kết quả chính thức của công ty xổ số kiến thiết phát hành vé trước khi lĩnh thưởng hoặc huỷ vé. Chỉ công ty xổ số kiến thiết có quyền xác nhận vé trúng.
Hạn lĩnh thưởng thường là 30 ngày kể từ ngày quay (theo quy định của công ty phát hành). Nhắc hạn trong app chỉ để hỗ trợ; VSIS không chịu trách nhiệm nếu vé hết hạn lĩnh.

3. VSIS không kinh doanh xổ số

VSIS không tổ chức xổ số, không bán vé số, không nhận đặt cược, không giữ hộ vé và không trả thưởng thay cho công ty xổ số kiến thiết.

4. Sử dụng hợp lệ

Cấm dùng app, dữ liệu hoặc API cho lô đề, cá độ, đánh bạc hoặc bất kỳ hình thức trái pháp luật nào.
Không dùng công cụ tự động gửi số lượng lớn yêu cầu, không tìm cách truy cập dữ liệu của người khác, không làm gián đoạn dịch vụ.
Không dùng app để làm giả, sửa chữa vé hoặc lừa đảo người mua, người bán vé.

5. Tài khoản

Đăng nhập là tuỳ chọn, chỉ để sao lưu vé. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm giữ an toàn email và thiết bị. Bạn có thể xoá tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào (xem Xoá tài khoản). Chúng tôi có thể khoá tài khoản vi phạm điều khoản này.

6. Giới hạn trách nhiệm

Dịch vụ được cung cấp "như hiện có". Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, VSIS không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại phát sinh từ việc dựa vào kết quả trong app mà không đối chiếu vé gốc, từ việc gián đoạn dịch vụ hoặc thông báo không đến.

1. The service

Effective: 4 November 2026

VsisLottery ("the app") is provided free of charge by VSIS AP COMPANY LIMITED ("VSIS") to view Vietnamese state lottery results and check tickets you have bought. By using the app or xoso.vsis.net you agree to these terms.

2. Information for reference only

Results and prize amounts are collected from public sources, cross-checked automatically and calculated from the prize structures published by the lottery companies. Errors are possible due to sources, ticket image reading or changes in prize structures.
You must verify the original ticket against the official results of the issuing lottery company before claiming or discarding it. Only the lottery company can confirm a winning ticket.
The claim period is usually 30 days from the draw date (per the issuing company). Reminders in the app are a convenience; VSIS is not liable if a ticket expires.

3. VSIS does not operate lotteries

VSIS does not organize lotteries, does not sell lottery tickets, does not accept bets, does not hold tickets for anyone and does not pay prizes on behalf of lottery companies.

4. Acceptable use

Using the app, its data or API for illegal number games (lô đề), sports betting, gambling or any unlawful purpose is prohibited.
Do not send automated bulk requests, try to access other people’s data or disrupt the service.
Do not use the app to forge or alter tickets or to deceive ticket buyers or sellers.

5. Accounts

Signing in is optional and only used to back up tickets. You are responsible for keeping your email and device secure. You can delete your account at any time (see Delete account). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, VSIS is not liable for losses arising from relying on results in the app without verifying the original ticket, from service interruptions or from notifications not being delivered.
