What gets deleted
A VsisLottery account exists only if you signed in to back up tickets. When you delete it you are signed out everywhere and devices linked to the account stop receiving notifications immediately; after 7 days all data — email, name, backed-up tickets, devices — is permanently deleted from our servers. Short-lived technical logs expire on their own schedule. Tickets stored on your phone remain until you uninstall the app.
Never signed in? You have no account on our servers; uninstalling the app removes all data on your device.
Option 1 — In the app
Open VsisLottery → Settings → Delete account → confirm.
Option 2 — On this page
Use the form in the Vietnamese section above: enter the email you signed in with, then the 6-digit code we send you, then tap Delete my account.
Option 3 — By email
Email dev@vsis.com.vn from the address you signed in with, subject "Delete my VsisLottery account". We process requests within 7 business days and reply once done. To cancel within the 7-day window, email the same address.
