VsisLottery do VSIS AP COMPANY LIMITED ("VSIS", "chúng tôi") phát triển và vận hành. Không cần tài khoản để dò vé. Ảnh tờ vé được đọc ngay trên điện thoại. Chúng tôi không hiển thị quảng cáo, không bán hay chia sẻ dữ liệu của bạn cho mục đích quảng cáo. Chính sách này phù hợp Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.
1. Ảnh tờ vé và camera
- App chỉ dùng camera khi bạn mở màn Dò vé, và chỉ đọc ảnh bạn tự chọn hoặc dán vào.
- Chữ số trên vé được nhận dạng ngay trên thiết bị bằng công cụ của hệ điều hành: Apple Vision trên iPhone, Google ML Kit (chạy trên máy) trên Android. Ảnh không rời khỏi điện thoại.
- Chỉ khi bạn tự chọn đọc bằng AI máy chủ (ví dụ khi máy không đọc được), ảnh đó mới được gửi qua HTTPS tới máy chủ VSIS và chuyển tới nhà cung cấp mô hình AI để đọc số. Ảnh không được lưu sau khi trả kết quả; chúng tôi chỉ đếm số lượt để giới hạn lạm dụng.
2. Vé đã lưu (Vé của tôi)
- Vé bạn lưu (đài, ngày quay, số vé, ký hiệu, số tờ, ghi chú) nằm trên điện thoại của bạn.
- Vé chỉ được gửi lên máy chủ khi bạn đăng nhập để sao lưu và dùng lại trên máy khác.
3. Thông báo đẩy
Nếu bạn bật thông báo, máy chủ lưu: mã thông báo đẩy (push token) của thiết bị, nền tảng (iOS/Android), ngôn ngữ, phiên bản app, các đài/miền bạn chọn nhận kết quả, và danh sách vé đang chờ kết quả (số vé, đài, ngày quay) để tự dò và báo cho bạn khi có kết quả. Vé chờ được xoá sau 30 ngày kể từ ngày quay. Tắt thông báo hoặc gỡ app là thiết bị ngừng nhận; dữ liệu thiết bị bị xoá khi bạn xoá tài khoản.
4. Tài khoản (không bắt buộc)
Chỉ khi bạn đăng nhập (mã qua email, Apple hoặc Google) chúng tôi mới lưu email, tên (nếu có), ngôn ngữ và mã định danh Apple/Google để nhận ra tài khoản. Email chỉ dùng để gửi mã đăng nhập và thông báo liên quan đến tài khoản.
5. Dò vé trên web và nhật ký kỹ thuật
Khi bạn dò vé trên xoso.vsis.net hoặc trong app, số vé được gửi tới máy chủ để so với kết quả và không gắn với danh tính của bạn. Máy chủ ghi nhật ký kỹ thuật (địa chỉ IP, thời điểm, lỗi) trong thời gian ngắn để bảo mật, chống lạm dụng và sửa lỗi.
6. Chia sẻ với bên thứ ba
Chỉ trong phạm vi cần để vận hành: Apple và Google (đăng nhập, gửi thông báo đẩy), nhà cung cấp gửi email mã đăng nhập, nhà cung cấp mô hình AI (chỉ nhận ảnh khi bạn chọn đọc bằng AI), nhà cung cấp hạ tầng máy chủ. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu và không dùng dữ liệu cho quảng cáo.
7. Lưu trữ và bảo mật
Dữ liệu truyền qua HTTPS, lưu trên máy chủ do VSIS quản lý, sao lưu định kỳ. Mã đăng nhập trên máy được giữ trong Keychain (iOS) / Keystore (Android).
8. Quyền của bạn và xoá tài khoản
- Xem, sửa, xoá vé đã lưu bất cứ lúc nào trong app.
- Xoá tài khoản trong app (Cài đặt → Xoá tài khoản) hoặc theo hướng dẫn tại xoso.vsis.net/account/delete. Tài khoản được hẹn xoá, sau 7 ngày toàn bộ dữ liệu (tài khoản, vé sao lưu, thiết bị) bị xoá vĩnh viễn.
- Rút lại sự đồng ý, yêu cầu truy cập hoặc khiếu nại về xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân qua email bên dưới.
9. Trẻ em
VsisLottery không dành cho người dưới 18 tuổi và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.
10. Thay đổi
Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật trang này và ngày hiệu lực.

Summary
Effective: 4 November 2026 · Applies to the VsisLottery app (iOS, Android) and xoso.vsis.net.
VsisLottery is developed and operated by VSIS AP COMPANY LIMITED ("VSIS", "we"). No account is needed to check tickets. Ticket photos are read on your phone. We show no ads and do not sell or share your data for advertising. This policy follows Vietnam’s Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.
1. Ticket photos and camera
- The app uses the camera only when you open the Check screen, and reads only images you pick or paste.
- Numbers are recognized on the device with the operating system’s tools: Apple Vision on iPhone and on-device Google ML Kit on Android. The photo does not leave your phone.
- Only if you choose server-side AI reading (for example when the device cannot read the ticket) is that photo sent over HTTPS to the VSIS server and passed to an AI model provider to read the numbers. The photo is not stored after the result is returned; we only count requests to prevent abuse.
2. Saved tickets (My tickets)
- Tickets you save (province, draw date, number, code, quantity, note) are stored on your phone.
- They are sent to our server only when you sign in to back them up and use them on another device.
3. Push notifications
If you enable notifications, the server stores your device’s push token, platform, language, app version, the provinces/regions you follow, and a list of tickets awaiting results (number, province, draw date) so it can check them and notify you. Pending tickets are deleted 30 days after the draw date. Turning off notifications or uninstalling stops delivery; device data is deleted when you delete your account.
4. Account (optional)
Only if you sign in (email code, Apple or Google) do we store your email, name (if provided), language and Apple/Google identifier to recognize your account. Email is used only for sign-in codes and account-related notices.
5. Web checks and technical logs
When you check a ticket on xoso.vsis.net or in the app, the number is sent to the server to compare with results and is not linked to your identity. The server keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, time, errors) for security, abuse prevention and debugging.
6. Third parties
Only as needed to run the service: Apple and Google (sign-in, push delivery), the email provider for sign-in codes, an AI model provider (receives a photo only when you choose AI reading), and our hosting provider. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
7. Storage and security
Data travels over HTTPS and is stored on servers managed by VSIS with regular backups. Sign-in tokens on the device are kept in the iOS Keychain / Android Keystore.
8. Your rights and account deletion
- View, edit or delete saved tickets at any time in the app.
- Delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account) or follow the steps at xoso.vsis.net/account/delete. Deletion is scheduled and after 7 days all data (account, backed-up tickets, devices) is permanently erased.
- Withdraw consent, request access or complain about personal data processing via the email below.
9. Children
VsisLottery is not intended for anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect children’s data.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date.
